It’s an Analogue World

It’s been quite awhile since I’ve dealt with actual film cameras, but during the holidays, I returned to the analogue world. First, I tackled a project that has been sitting idly by since LAST Christmas, when I received this pinhole camera book/kit from my wife. Within the same week, I was given this Oktomat Lomography camera kit by my cousin-in-law. So just like that, I found myself carrying not only my digital camera of choice for the day, but two smaller film cameras. Today I finally got two rolls developed (one each of the Oktomat and pinhole). There was not a vast amount of beginner’s luck with the final results, but I did pull out these four images that I really enjoyed.

From the pinhole…

Bloomberg Tower / Christmas Tree

A Great Night

From the Oktomat…

Lasker Rink, Central Park

Central Park

So we the addition of these two cameras, and my new iPhone 4S, I will have Phillies Phantasy Camp completely covered next week on all visual fronts… digital and film.
