One of my photographs from my trip to Phillies Phantasy Camp in Clearwater, FL this past week has caught the attention of some sports websites. I took a picture of Rule 21. This particular rule is hanging up in every Major League clubhouse and ballpark in the country. It’s the same rule that Pete Rose famously broke, thus earning him a lifetime ban from baseball.
